You must pay all fees charged to your account (“Fees”) according to the prices and terms on the applicable pricing page or as agreed between You and AidRX in writing. AidRX can correct pricing errors or mistakes even if AidRX has already issued an invoice or received payment. You will provide complete and accurate billing information, including a valid and authorized payment method. AidRX will charge your payment method on an agreed-upon periodic basis but may reasonably change the date the charge is posted. You authorize AidRx and Our third-party payment processor(s) to charge your payment method for the Fees. If your payment cannot be completed, AidRX will provide you with written notice and may suspend access to the Website and related services until payment is received. Fees are payable in Canadian dollars and are due upon invoice issuance. Fees are nonrefundable except as provided in this Agreement.

If AidRx does take any legal action against You because You violate these Terms of Use, AidRx may recover from You, and You must pay all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to AidRx. AidRx is not liable to You or any third party for termination of Your access to the Website due to any violation of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed and interpreted by the laws of Alberta, and applicable Canadian laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

AidRX’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and AidRX regarding the Website and supersede and replace any prior agreements AidRX might have between us regarding the Website.

Changes

AidRX may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, AidRX will try to provide at least 60 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change is at AidRX's discretion. The revised terms bind you by continuing to access or use the Website after those revisions become effective.
